1. Jiejing Plastics has passed ISO9001: 2000 and 16949 certification. It uses a formal quality system to control the entire quality process. The professionally trained quality inspection team can skillfully use precision inspection equipment. The quality inspection department can monitor and inspect molds and plastics in a timely manner. Products to meet customer specified specifications, including materials/materials, dimensional accuracy, surface treatment, molding standards, testing and packaging.
2. For all products, we will provide FAI report and SPC control plan to customers. All incoming and outgoing materials comply with ROHS standards, and all raw materials have raw material certificates and SGS reports.
